Meet Patricia Perez
From Agent to Trusted Coordinator
I was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado, and my two wonderful boys, Diego and Ismael, are my biggest motivation.
My real estate journey began in 2013 as a Real Estate Assistant, a role I held for two years before becoming a Real Estate Agent. I loved helping people achieve their dream of homeownership and witnessing their joy at receiving their keys.
This experience sparked my interest in Title work. I was always curious about the behind-the-scenes processes that led to the closing table. In 2018, I transitioned into Escrow and remained in the Title industry until October 2024.
At that point, I decided to further support Agents and all parties involved in real estate transactions by starting my own Transaction Coordinator business.
