  • Confirm Appraisal is Completed
  • Draft/Send Amendments to the Contract to Clients for Electronic Signatures
  • Obtain Repair Receipts from Listing Agent
  • Order Home Warranty where Applicable & Send Invoice to Title Company
  • Obtain Utility Information from Listing Agent
